Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”)

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is IRIS Technology Solutions, S.L., a company incorporated in Spain with registered office at Ctra. d’Esplugues, 39-41, 08940 Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain, tax identification number (NIF) B64446123.

This Promotion is run in connection with two projects in which the Promoter participates:

  • FoodSafeR, accessible at https://my.foodsafer.com/ and through the FoodSafeR mobile app; and
  • Patafest, accessible at https://patafest.iris-eng.com/ and through the Patafest mobile app,

together referred to as the “Platforms” and each a “Platform“.

2. The promotion

The promotion (the “Promotion”) is a free prize draw run by the Promoter to promote registration on the Platforms. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or to win. It is held in connection with the Promoter’s participation at the National Ploughing Championships 2026, Screggan, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Ireland, on 15, 16 and 17 September 2026 (the “Event”).

By entering, entrants accept these Terms in full.

3. Entry period

The Promotion runs from 15 to 17 September 2026 inclusive (Irish time) (the “Entry Period”). Registrations completed on any of those three days qualify for the draw. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted, and the Promoter’s systems clock is the definitive record of the time of entry.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry:

  1. a) are aged 18 years of age or over on the date of entry. Entry is limited to adults: any entry made by a person under 18 is invalid and will be removed from the draw, whether or not the person holds a registered account on either Platform. This requirement applies to the entrant only; the guest nominated by the winner may be under 18, subject to clause 10(e);
  2. b) are resident in a Member State of the European Union or in the United Kingdom (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). Entry does not require attendance at the Event. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and entry is not open to any person in respect of whom the Promoter is prohibited from providing goods or services under applicable sanctions or export control laws;
  3. c) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and to accept the Prize in their country of residence;
  4. d) hold, or are able to obtain at their own cost and their own risk, a valid passport, identity card, visa and any other travel documentation required to travel to and enter Spain.

Entrants are responsible for checking the laws applicable to them in their own country before entering.

Travel documentation. Most residents of the European Union may travel to Spain on a valid national identity card or passport. Residents of the United Kingdom and of other countries may require a passport valid for the duration of the stay and, where applicable, an entry authorisation. The Promoter has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the grant or refusal of any travel authorisation. If the winner is unable to obtain the necessary documentation in time to attend the allocated fixture, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to allocate a later fixture within the same season where possible, but the Prize will otherwise be forfeited and no cash alternative, replacement or compensation will be provided.

The following are not eligible to enter: employees, directors, contractors and agents of the Promoter and of any company in its group; the immediate families and members of the household of any of the above; and any person professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entries made by agents, third parties, automated means, bulk entries or entries using multiple email addresses, identities or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

5. How to enter

To enter, an entrant must, during the Entry Period:

  1. Register as a user on either of the Platforms — registration on FoodSafeR or on Patafest is equally valid and either qualifies the entrant for the draw. Registration may be completed by any of the following routes:
    • downloading the FoodSafeR mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and completing registration;
    • visiting https://my.foodsafer.com/ on any device, including a device made available at the Promoter’s stand, and completing registration;
    • downloading the Patafest mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and completing registration; or
    • visiting https://patafest.iris-eng.com/ on any device, including a device made available at the Promoter’s stand, and completing registration;

The information requested differs between the two Platforms and is that shown on the relevant registration form at the time of entry. In broad terms, FoodSafeR requests first name, last name, an organisation email address and password, the type of food-system organisation the user represents, and optionally a corporate address, organisation and position; Patafest requests an email address and password, and optionally first name, last name, position, mobile phone, company name and address. In both cases the details provided must be accurate and complete, and the account must be successfully created and, where applicable, the email address verified, during the Entry Period.

The email address provided on registration is the address the Promoter will use to contact the winner. An entrant who provides an inaccurate, inactive or inaccessible email address may not be contactable and may forfeit the Prize under clause 9;

  1. Accept these Terms. Acceptance takes place at the moment of registration: completing registration on either Platform during the Entry Period constitutes entry into the Promotion and acceptance of these Terms, in addition to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Platform itself. By registering, the entrant declares that they are aged 18 or over and resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom. No separate tick-box is used for the Promotion.

For that acceptance to be effective, these Terms are made available to entrants before they register: they are published at https://foodsafer.com/2026-official-draw/ and at https://patafest.iris-eng.com/contest, which are shown on the promotional material for the Promotion displayed at the Promoter’s stand at the Event, including a QR code linking directly to them, and are accessible from the device used for registration. Both addresses publish the same Terms. Entrants are advised to read them before registering.

Neither registration form collects the entrant’s date of birth or country of residence. The eligibility conditions in clause 4 therefore take effect as declarations made by the entrant on registering, and the Promoter may verify age and residence at any stage. The Promoter will require documentary proof of age and residence from the winner before the Prize is released. Any entrant who does not meet the eligibility conditions in clause 4 will be removed from the draw or disqualified, and the Prize will pass to a reserve entrant under clause 9.

All registration routes are equally valid and no Platform, device or route confers any advantage in the draw. Registration on the Platforms is free of charge.

One entry per person, across both Platforms. An entrant who registers on both FoodSafeR and Patafest, or who creates more than one account on either Platform, will be entered into the draw once only. Duplicate registrations will be identified and consolidated before the draw, and additional accounts may be disqualified under clause 16.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or that do not result in a successfully created account will not be entered into the draw. No skill, judgement or answer to any question is required: all valid registrations are entered into the draw on equal terms and the winner is selected at random.

No purchase is necessary. Entry to the Promotion is free of charge. No purchase of any product or service from the Promoter is required to enter or to claim the Prize. Entrants are responsible for their own costs of internet access or data, if any.

Entrants are not required to consent to receive marketing communications in order to enter. Consent to marketing is separate, optional, and does not increase an entrant’s chance of winning.

6. The Prize

There is one (1) prize (the “Prize”), consisting of:

Two (2) tickets to one (1) fixture of the Spanish LaLiga EA Sports 2026/27 league competition in which FC Barcelona plays, held at a stadium in Barcelona or its metropolitan area, for the winner and one (1) guest.

The Prize is subject to the following conditions:

  1. a) The specific fixture, and the stadium at which it is played, are selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion, subject to ticket availability at the time of allocation. The Prize does not entitle the winner to any particular fixture, opponent or venue.
  2. b) The Prize may be redeemed for a fixture taking place at any time up to the end of the 2026/27 LaLiga season (currently scheduled for 30 May 2027). No start date for redemption is fixed: the fixture will be allocated as and when tickets become available to the Promoter, which depends on factors outside its control, including the release of tickets for sale and demand for the fixture. The winner is not entitled to require allocation by any particular date. If no fixture can be allocated before the end of that season, the Prize will lapse and no substitute prize, alternative or compensation of any kind will be provided.
  3. c) Seat location and category are not guaranteed and will be determined by availability at the time of booking. The two tickets will be allocated together where availability permits; if adjacent seating is not available the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to allocate seats in the same area of the stadium.
  4. d) The Promoter will notify the winner of the confirmed date, kick-off time and venue no less than three (3) weeks before the fixture. Entrants acknowledge that LaLiga confirms exact match dates and kick-off times only a short time in advance and that dates and times are subject to change, postponement or rescheduling by LaLiga, the Royal Spanish Football Federation, the club or the competent authorities.
  5. e) If the fixture is postponed, rescheduled or played behind closed doors, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to allocate an alternative fixture within the same season, but is not obliged to do so and accepts no liability for any costs the winner has incurred (including flights or accommodation).
  6. f) The tickets will be issued in the names of the winner and the nominated guest and may require production of photographic identification at the stadium. Once the names have been submitted to the ticket provider they cannot be changed.
  7. g) Tickets are supplied subject to the terms and conditions of sale and the stadium regulations of the club and the ticket provider, including any rules on ticket personalisation, identification checks, resale and conduct. The winner and guest are responsible for complying with those rules and may be refused entry to the stadium if they do not.

Approximate value of the Prize: €800 for the two tickets. This is an estimate only. The actual value depends on the fixture and the seat category allocated and may be higher or lower.

7. What the Prize does not include

The Prize consists of the match tickets only. It does not include, and the winner is solely responsible for arranging and paying for:

  • flights or any other travel to and from Spain;
  • accommodation;
  • transport within Spain, including to and from the stadium;
  • travel insurance, passports, visas or any other travel documentation;
  • food, drink, merchandise and any other personal expenses;
  • any other cost not expressly stated in clause 6.

8. Selection of the winner

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries, conducted by the Promoter in the presence of two independent witnesses on 21 September 2026 at the Promoter’s offices in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain, using a certified randomisation tool.

A record of the draw, signed by the two witnesses, will be retained by the Promoter and made available on request to any entrant who writes to the addresses in clause 1.

The draw will also select two (2) reserve entrants, in order, who may be awarded the Prize under clause 9.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Notification and acceptance

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry, by email and/or telephone, within three (3) working days of the draw.

The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide the information needed to issue the tickets (including the full name and date of birth of the winner and of the guest, and identification details required by the ticket provider) within seven (7) days of first being contacted.

If the winner cannot be contacted after three (3) reasonable attempts, does not respond within the deadline, declines the Prize, or is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and award it to the next reserve entrant, and so on.

The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and residence before releasing the Prize.

10. Prize conditions

  1. a) The Prize is personal to the winner and is strictly non-transferable. The winner may not assign, transfer, give away, swap or otherwise pass the Prize, or either ticket, to any other person, other than by nominating one guest in accordance with these Terms.
  2. b) The tickets may not be resold. They may not be sold, offered for sale, auctioned, listed on any resale or ticket-exchange platform, bartered, offered as a prize in any other competition or promotion, or used for any commercial, promotional, advertising, hospitality or fundraising purpose, whether for profit or not.
  3. c) Any breach of paragraphs (a) or (b) will result in immediate cancellation of the tickets without refund or replacement, and the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize or its value from the winner and to notify the club and the ticket provider. Tickets offered for resale may also be voided by the club under its own conditions of sale, and entry to the stadium refused.
  4. d) There is no cash alternative and no substitute prize. No part of the Prize may be exchanged for cash, credit, goods, services or any other benefit, and no compensation will be paid if the Prize is not used, is forfeited, or cannot be delivered for any reason.
  5. e) Only the entrant must be aged 18 or over. The nominated guest may be under 18, subject to the following: the guest must at all times be accompanied and supervised by the winner; if the guest is under 18 and the winner is not their parent or legal guardian, the winner must provide the written consent of the guest’s parent or legal guardian before the tickets are issued; the winner is solely responsible for the guest’s travel documentation, care and conduct; and admission remains subject to any minimum age, seating or accompaniment rules applied by the club, the stadium or the ticket provider, which may prevent a child of a given age from attending or from being seated in a particular area. The Promoter accepts no liability if a guest is refused admission under those rules.
  6. f) The winner must personally attend the fixture together with the nominated guest. The winner may not send two third parties in their place, and the guest ticket may only be used by the person named at the time of booking.
  7. g) If the Prize cannot be delivered or used for any reason, including circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Prize will lapse and the Promoter will not offer a replacement, an alternative prize or any compensation.

11. No association with FC Barcelona or LaLiga

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Futbol Club Barcelona, LaLiga, the Royal Spanish Football Federation, the National Ploughing Association, or any ticket provider. All trade marks, club names and competition names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for the sole purpose of describing the Prize.

12. Data protection

The data controller in respect of personal data collected through this Promotion is IRIS Technology Solutions, S.L., at the address in clause 1. Data protection contact: info@iris-eng.com.

Purposes and legal bases. Personal data provided at entry will be processed:

  • to administer the Promotion, conduct the draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the Prize — legal basis: performance of the contract constituted by these Terms and/or the Promoter’s legitimate interest in running the Promotion;
  • to create and operate the entrant’s account on the Platform on which they registered, whether through a mobile app or through the website — legal basis: performance of a contract;
  • to publish the winner’s name and county as required by clause 13 — legal basis: legitimate interest in demonstrating that the Promotion was run fairly;
  • where separate, freely given consent has been provided, to send marketing communications about FoodSafeR and/or Patafest — legal basis: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting entry to the Promotion. Consent is collected separately for each Platform and registering on one Platform does not enrol the entrant in communications from the other;

Recipients. Data of the winner and guest will be shared with the ticket provider and/or the club to the extent necessary to issue personalised tickets. Registration data from both Platforms will be brought together by the Promoter for the sole purpose of running the draw, removing duplicates and verifying eligibility; the two Platforms otherwise remain separate and registration on one does not create an account on the other.

Retention. Account data is retained for as long as the entrant’s account remains active on the Platform on which they registered, and thereafter in accordance with that Platform’s privacy policy: FoodSafeR at https://my.foodsafer.com/ and Patafest at https://patafest.iris-eng.com/. Entrants may close their account or request erasure at any time using the contact details below.

The record of the draw, and the data of the winner and guest needed to issue and deliver the Prize, are retained separately for as long as necessary to deliver the Prize and to deal with any resulting query, claim or legal obligation, and are then deleted or anonymised.

International transfers. Personal data is processed by the Promoter in Spain (European Union). The Promoter does not transfer personal data collected through this Promotion to any recipient outside the European Economic Area. Entrants resident in the United Kingdom should note that their data will be transferred to the European Union, which is covered by the UK adequacy regulations.

Rights. Entrants may request access to, rectification or erasure of their personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to info@iris-eng.com. Entrants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of their country of residence, including the Irish Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie), the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) or, for UK residents, the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk).

13. Publicity

The winner agrees that their first name, surname initial and county may be published by the Promoter on its websites and social media channels for the purpose of announcing the result and for a period of three (3) months after the draw, after which the Promoter will remove or anonymise the announcement.

Any further use of the winner’s name, photograph, image, voice or statements for promotional purposes is optional and will only take place on the basis of the winner’s separate written consent, which may be withheld or withdrawn without affecting entitlement to the Prize.

The Promoter will, on request, make available the surname and county of the winner to any person who writes to the addresses in clause 1 within three (3) months of the draw.

14. Taxes

The Prize is a prize in kind awarded in a promotional prize draw. Where Spanish law requires the Promoter, as the party awarding the Prize, to make a payment on account or withholding to the Spanish tax authorities in respect of the Prize, the Promoter will do so at its own cost and will not pass that cost on to the winner. The winner may be asked to provide identification and tax residence details for that purpose before the Prize is released, and acceptance of the Prize is conditional on providing them. The winner remains responsible for any personal tax liability arising from receipt of the Prize in their own country of residence and is advised to seek independent tax advice.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for:

  • any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance, use or enjoyment of the Prize;
  • entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received for any reason, including network, hardware or software failure;
  • any act or omission of the club, LaLiga, the ticket provider, any airline, transport operator or accommodation provider;
  • cancellation, postponement or alteration of any fixture;
  • the winner’s or guest’s inability to travel or to gain entry to the stadium for any reason.

The winner and guest attend the fixture at their own risk. The Promoter strongly recommends that the winner takes out appropriate travel insurance and does not book non-refundable travel or accommodation before the fixture date has been confirmed in writing by the Promoter.

16. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, provided false or misleading information, acted fraudulently or dishonestly, tampered with the entry process, or acted in a manner that brings, or is likely to bring, the Promoter or either Platform into disrepute.

17. Amendment and cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms or to suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion at any time where this becomes necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control, or where it is necessary to do so for legal or regulatory reasons. Any change will be communicated by email to any entrant who requests information at the addresses in clause 1 and, where the change materially affects entrants who have already entered, will be notified by email to those entrants at the address provided on registration. Amendments will not unfairly prejudice entrants who have already entered.

18. Complaints

Complaints should be addressed in the first instance to the Promoter at info@foodsafer.com or info@patafest.com, and will be acknowledged within 10 working days.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in these Terms affects the rights an entrant has as a consumer under the mandatory law of their country of residence, and a consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of the country in which they are resident.

20. Availability of these Terms

These Terms are available at https://foodsafer.com/2026-official-draw/ and at https://patafest.iris-eng.com/contest, linked from the promotional material for the Promotion displayed at the Promoter’s stand at the Event. Both addresses publish the same Terms; in the event of any discrepancy between them, the version published at https://foodsafer.com/2026-official-draw/ prevails. These Terms are kept on record by the Promoter for the duration of the Promotion and for three (3) months thereafter. A copy will be sent by email on request to the addresses in clause 1.
