From 6 to 8 May 2025, FoodSafeR will be actively participating in the upcoming IAFP European Symposium on Food Safety, one of the most prominent annual gatherings for food safety professionals, researchers, and policy experts. This year’s edition will be held in Madrid, Spain, and promises to be a key event for exchanging knowledge and advancing innovation in the sector.
A Dedicated Session on 6 May
On 6 May, we are proud to host a dedicated session focused entirely on the FoodSafeR project. During this session, we will present the progress made across our key research areas, share early results and insights, and reflect on the challenges we are addressing in the pursuit of safer, more resilient food systems.
